Crazy family!

This is a photo that we took on our trip to California this past November. I'm not sure why I never posted it before, must have just slipped my mind. We had fun with this and hopefully we can do it again in the future!

Another game

Ben is sure enjoying basketball. He has so much fun playing and I think that is most important. They are learning the positions and passing and other basic skills. I think I am learning just as much as he is. I don't know anything about basketball. We are not big sports fans here, but we are big fans of whatever our kids are interested in. This is the chosen sport of the moment and we are diving in head first!

First game

Ben's first basketball game was so fun. His team had a great time and really worked well together. Ben is enjoying every minute of it! Enjoy the pictures.

Project Valentine

This year in Delaney's class all the parents had to make a valentine for their kid. We have to make them in secret and put clues on them so the kids can try and guess which one is theirs. I had fun working on it and I hope she is able to guess which one I made! It is very pink and has lots of glitter(I noticed you can't tell in the picture) Here it is.

Super Sonics

Ben had his first practice last night. He had a lot of fun. They named their team the Super Sonics and all seemed excited about it. I am not sure when the first game will be, but I will keep everyone updated.

Burrr...

Well, it is a little chilly at our house right now. We had one day where we got about 3 inches of snow. It looks so beautiful outside. Everything is sparkly and white. Now the freezing temperatures have set in... 20 below is pretty cold! I hope it warms up a little before I have to leave the house. Winter is finally really here.

Our picnic table out back.

Basketball

Last night was Ben's first practice. All 3rd and 4th grade boys who signed up will play together. They spent the hour getting numbered jerseys, running drills, and just having fun, all the while being looked over by a bunch of coaches. Next week, our college team, The Trappers, will participate in helping the boys run their drills and give them pointers. I think they are excited. Also next practice the coaches will pick their teams. So, I will be keeping everyone posted with photos and basketball happenings.
